We are pleased to advise that we are open under Alert Level 3. Working within MOH guidelines, while there are precautions that we will be taking, we will take care of this so you can receive the best in eyecare.
Opening Hours
Under Alert Level 3, Gates Optometrists will be open with reduced operating hours.
- Open Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm
- Closed Monday and Saturday
Appointments
To make an appointment, call us on 0800 452 7737. To ensure we operate safely within the MOH guidelines, we will be following strict protocols to ensure the safety of our customers and team members. As such, if we are unable to see you under Alert Level 3, we will get you back in under Alert Level 2.
Please note that if you had a booking during lockdown, you don't need to do anything, our team will call you to rebook your appointment.

To pick up any orders, please make an appointment on 0800 452 7737. We are unable to let you into Gates Optometrists if you do not have an appointment.
